California Proposition 65 Warning

Proposition 65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a California law that requires businesses to provide warnings on any products sold in California containing any chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This is a right-to-know law enabling Californians to make informed decisions about their exposure to these chemicals.

Interstate Threaded Products has chosen to provide a warning based on its knowledge of the presence of one or more listed chemicals without evaluating the exposure. Products sold by Interstate Threaded Products may contain chemicals in amounts acceptable by the safe harbor levels as outlined by Proposition 65, but Interstate Threaded Products has chosen to issue a Proposition 65 warning label as an act of caution.
